CLINIC LPN: FT position. Responsible for the patient flow for the assigned provider through telephone response, triage and appointment scheduling, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, patient recall and direct communication with the provider. Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.
CLINIC LPN OR CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT: PT position. Responsible for the patient flow for the assigned provider through telephone response, triage and appointment scheduling, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, patient recall and direct communication with the provider. Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure or Medical Assistant Certification in the State of Nebraska required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.
C.N.A.: PT Manor position, every-other weekend available. Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with personal care and comfort. Current Certification as a Nurse Aide with the State of Nebraska or successful completion of the required 75-hour Nurse Aide class within 120 days of employment.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ASSISTANT: FT, Maintains and preserves a clean and safe environment in all facilities along with aiding in infection control by utilizing proper cleaning techniques. Previous institutional cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right person.
HOME MEDICAL SUPPLY SALES MANAGER: FT, responsible for the daily DME operations including sales, overseeing all DME orders, billing and record keeping. Responsible for customer relations, installations and deliveries. Prior knowledge of medical equipment including CPAP/BIPAP masks, CPAP/BIPAP machines, respiratory anatomy, oxygen, and wheelchairs is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required along with previous management and sales experience and a current Nebraska Driver’s License. Prefer a background in seating and positioning power operated mobility devices &/or DME with a working knowledge of insurance regulations and reimbursement.
HOSPITAL RN: FT, Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the patients needs. Using the teams nursing model, acts as charge nurse. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required, BSN preferred, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.
HOSPITAL LPN: PT & PRN positions available, Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the patients needs. Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required. Licensed Practical Nurse – Certified in accordance with LPN Nurse Practice Act preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.
HR ASSISTANT: PT, Prepares human resource documents, records statistics and handles confidential material in the human resources department. Answers general questions and inquiries in all areas of human resources. Completes special assignments and projects as required. Assist the Human Resources Department in performing a wide variety of clerical duties. Requires strong attention to detail with good oral and written communication skills. Must be a proficient with various computer software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. High school education and prior clerical experience needed.
INFORMATICS SPECIALIST: FT, Responsible for providing leadership and direction in planning and administration of information technology projects that impact all clinical departments. Will act as a liaison between the clinical departments and IT which includes overseeing the adoption and effective use of technologies supporting Electronic Medical Records. Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Nursing. RN license desirable, other clinical background will be considered.
INTERIM MASSAGE THERAPIST: Provides therapeutic massages for patients, residents, employees, and community members. Must have Current NE Massage Therapist license.
MEDICATION AIDE: PRN Assisted Living position, Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with personal care and comfort. Current Certification as a Nurse Aide and Medication Aide-40 hour in the State of Nebraska.
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT DIRECTOR: FT (30 hrs per week), Responsible for planning and implementing the performance process improvement initiatives of facility. May conduct chart reviews, special audits, and document performance gains. Selects, develops and/or monitors performance indicators. Serves as a consultant to teams and analyzes data patterns and trends. Assures compliance and enhances the quality of patient and resident care. Performs utilization review and oversees discharge planning. Responsible for TVHS employee health program. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required, BSN preferred, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required. Minimum of two years clinical experience and previous experience in performance improvement activities preferred.
SAFETY/RISK COORDINATOR: PT (25 hrs per week, 5 hrs per day), Coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of the system’s overall safety management program for Tri Valley Health System campus locations including Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Cambridge Manor, Heritage Plaza, Assisted Living Facility, Down Town Business office, and clinics located in Arapahoe, Cambridge, and Indianola, NE. Manages the risk management and insurance program for the organization. Identifies and analyzes loss exposures, measures the financial impact of risks and implements appropriate risk management policies. Maintains equipment files. Bachelor's degree in business preferred along with 2 years experience in healthcare safety. Must be familiar with healthcare Conditions of Participation requirements related to environmental safety.
TRANSCRIPTIONIST/FILE CLERK: FT, Transcribes, proofreads and edits complex technical, medical and dental reports for a broad range of clinical specialties and departments to document patient care using digital dictation and word processing equipment. Accountable for the accurate transcription of dictated medical reports, H&P's, etc. Performs secretarial duties as needed. High School graduate or equivalent required. Excellent computer knowledge and word processing skills needed as well as ability to type 60 words per minute.
