Healthy in the Heartland & Tri
Valley Women’s Health
“Healthy Women in the Heartland”, a free program which offers women an incentive to complete their yearly
gynecological exam and receive progressive discounts on out of pocket expenses.
For the first year as a member of Healthy Women in the Heartland, women receive a 5% discount on out
of pocket expenses on their gynecological exam which increases to 10% the second year and 15% the
third as long as there is no more than 14 months between exams. The 15% discount will then continue
to be applied to out of pocket expense every year as long as members continue to get their yearly exams
within 14 months of each other. In addition, members of Healthy Women in the Heartland will also receive
a yearly birthday gift from Tranquil Valley Health Spa, a discount on yoga punch cards, a monthly
newsletter discussing women’s health and discounts to selected events including Tri Valley’s health
fairs and the annual Women’s Day of Enrichment.
