Respiratory Therapy
Relief for
respiratory problems
Lung disease and breathing
problems can make even simple pleasures a challenge. Tri Valley Health
System's team of dedicated Respiratory Therapists is available to help when
lung and breathing problems occur and to ensure that patients are able to
understand, control and live with their pulmonary problems. The therapists
work with all age groups, providing rehabilitation for chronic respiratory
problems and treatment for acute respiratory conditions.
How to get in touch
The Respiratory Department
office is open from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8
a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday. Those with respiratory
concerns may call (800) 732-5505 at any time.
Respiratory staff
Team members are Julie Sayer and
Allison Krutsinger, Certified Respiratory Therapists,
and Jolene Fischer, RN. A Pulmonologist is available for consultation and
also reviews all Pulmonary Function Tests and Sleep Studies.
Additional services
Additional services of the
Respiratory Therapy Department include smoking cessation classes and
educational video programs about the kinds of asthma and proper inhaler use.
New Director of Respiratory
Allison Krutsinger is the new Director of Respiratory.
Allison is a graduate of Cambridge High School so many of you may recognize
her. Allison graduated in 1999 from Nebraska Methodist College in
Omaha as a Bachelor of Science. From 1999 to 2008 she was an Advanced
Respiratory Care Practitioner at UNMC, specializing in Trauma patients,
General ER, NeoNatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, Burn Unit, Adult ICU, the
Bioterrorism Unit and the NeoNatal Helicopter Transport. Allison
states that she "totally loves patient education and ventilator education."
Allison has been married for 10 years, she and her husband have 3 children,
Jade who is 11, Sunnie who is 7, and Jett is 3! Allison is grateful to
be here at Tri Valley Health System. WELCOME!
